WHO AM I?

I am a qualified life coach who, having started work at a young age on the stage, has over 25 years of experience in various roles including HR & Management, as well as running my own boutique media recruitment agency for 7 years in London.

I have experience in various industries including Media, Arts, Hospitality, Charity. I have worked with and learning from some wonderfully talented people and great companies, has enabled me to gain a huge variety of practical tools and a deep understanding of people and empowerment.

I am very intuitive, empathetic and positive.

I have always thrived when helping others, as there is nothing better than an act of kindness or supporting someone to overcome a challenge.
