I have been where you are today and gone through my own transformation.
My life has been varied, facing many of my own struggles! I cherished living abroad as well as travelling and experiencing other cultures. I have always thrived on helping others, there is nothing better than an act of kindness or supporting someone to overcome a challenge.
Having started work at a young age on the stage, I have over 25 years of experience in various roles including HR, Management as well as running my own boutique media recruitment agency for 7 years in London. Various industries include Media, Arts, Hospitality, Charity. Working with and learning from some wonderfully talented people and great companies, has enabled me to gain a huge variety of practical tools and a deep understanding of people and empowerment.
All my roles have been about making people feel better about themselves, happier and changing their lives somehow, while guiding and coaching them to create or find the right path to achieve their goals.

I am both logical and resourceful and will always go that extra mile for my clients. My previous life experience enables me to make it not so overwhelming for you, guiding and coaching you to feel empowered and enlightened so you regain your confidence or find it so you can handle anything that life tries to throw at you.

WHO AM I?
- I am a certified Life Coach which means I work professionally, ethically and to a recognised industry standard.
- I have coached hundreds of people and I work full-time coaching.
- I love the ocean, sandy beaches and being at one with nature.
- Laughing often is the best policy and is totally contagious.
- Being very spiritual, I meditate daily and set intentions to be the best I can be.
- I love butterflies and animals in general.
- Gardening – how do you ask the snails/slugs to leave your garden?
- Winnie The Pooh is my hero – have you read “The Tao of Pooh”!
- Crisps and plain Dairy Milk Chocolate are my kryptonite.
- I love musicals having been in many.
- I am very honest; some might say too honest sometimes.
- As a Virgo, I enjoy cleaning as everything has its place.
- Kindness – it’s the best feeling in the world and there’s not enough of it.
